You'll receive an email confirmation. Untracked packages are shipped by stamp via Canada Post.

Received the wrong item? Email us at info@popunderwear.com and include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Don't send anything back until you hear from us. If we need you to return the incorrect item, we'll confirm that by email.
